A wrestling program designed with fighters in mind.

Wrestling has been a force in mixed martial arts from the very beginning. The ability to safely close the distance and take an opponent down—and control them once you’re there—is a key advantage in the cage or for self-defense.

Our wrestling program takes the fundamentals of wrestling and mixes in advanced coaching and fighter insights to build your wrestling skills from the ground up.
