The sweet science is one of the oldest sports in the world and makes for one of the most challenging workouts. An athlete can spend an entire career learning the finer aspects of boxing.

Our program caters to all fitness and experience levels. Students can focus on learning the fundementals, honing techniques, live sparring, or even train for amateur or professional competition.

  • Monday: 7:00-8:00PM
  • Wednesday: 6:00-7:00PM
  • Friday: 6:00-7:00PM
  • Saturday: 11:00AM to 12:00PM
